MCG Ventures, LLC / DBA MCG Commercial LLC was established in November 2003. Douglas E McClain, its managing member, has forty five years of experience in the construction industry. The previous years were spent with The Harver Company, a locally owned Commercial Drywall Business where he held various positions by way of continuing promotion. Among those were Journeyman Carpenter, Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, Senior Project Manager/Estimator and General Operations Manager. MCG is now run solely by Debby McClain after the death of Doug McClain, in February 2017.
MCG Ventures LLC is a Union Acoustical Contractor in Clackamas, Oregon. We are a Sub Contractor that specializes in Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Insulation, Sound Panels and other specialized Interior projects. MCG Commercial employs only the most skilled UNION Craftsmen from the International Brotherhood of Carpenters. Our members go through continuous skill advancement training put on by the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute.

MCG Commercial will provide Drywall Systems installation for both interior and exterior of buildings, Acoustical treatment for ceilings and walls, demolition, Sound and thermal insulation, Firestopping, (Small) Spray-Applied Fireproofing projects and Fireproof patching, Tackable wall panels, Demountable partitions, small wood framed projects and various specialty items such as, Door and Hardware installation, Crash rail, FRP and other wall protection systems.
